Lubao mayor hosts med­i­cal mis­sion for Po­rac folks

PO­RAC— Lubao mayor My­lyn PinedaCayabyab hosted a whole-day med­i­cal mis­sion yes­ter­day at the Santa Cruz Cov­ered Court.

Pineda-Cayabyab, who is run­ning un­op­posed for sec­ond dis­trict board mem­ber, took it upon her­self to cater to the needs of the peo­ple of Po­rac who are part of her con­stituency.

The med­i­cal mis­sion catered to the med­i­cal needs of lo­cals from the town’s east er n bar an­gays.

Pineda-Cayabyab along with Ka­bi­lan party re-elec­tion­ists board mem­bers Ton­ton Tor­res and Fritzie David-Di­zon are all un­op­posed for their dis­trict seats.

The med­i­cal mis­sion fea­tured free check-ups and medicines from doc­tors and health providers.

Vice-Mayor Dex­ter David hailed the med­i­cal mis­sion as a timely event as his con­stituents need reg­u­lar med­i­cal at­ten­tion, par­tic­u­larly, the poor­est sec­tors of the t ow n.

At least two more med­i­cal mis­sions are ex­pected to be held this week un­der the aus­pices of Pineda-Cayabyab.
