In accordance with law, the vicegovernor also reiterated the Free Irrigation Act authored by Senator Cynthia Villar.
"It’s in the law that farmlands eight hectares and below will get free irrigation. So whatever you need, I and Nanay are at the Capitol," he added.
Through the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) led by Angie Blanco and Office of the Provincial Agriculture (OPA) led by Edilberto Salenga, each of the farmers received P1,300 multiplied by the number of hectares they own.
The beneficiaries were the affected farmers by the typhoon and Habagat last 2018.

The ceremonial turnover of the 2019 prepaid plan medical health cards to employee-beneficiaries was already held recently during a flag raising ceremony led by Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago and Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin at the City Hall.
After more than a week, the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) officially held an orientation at the Heroes Hall where usage and coverage of the cards was taught by partner healthcare provider, Maxicare Health Care Corporation.
As previously underscored, the cards cover the
