Reg­gae bands rock Cast­away @ SM City Te­labasta­gan

CITY OF SAN FER­NANDO - The award win­ning and most sought af­ter sum­mer ac­tiv­ity in North Lu­zon, the Cast­away Mu­sic Fes­ti­val, on Satur­day in­vaded SM City Te­labasta­gan for a mu­sic-filled week­end.

A pow­er­house line-up fea­tur­ing lo­cal band Cho­co­late Fac­tory and in de­mand reg­gae artists in­clud­ing The Voice fi­nal­ist Kokoi Baldo and Brown­man Re­vival jammed with Ka­pam­pan­gan mu­sic lovers at the mall’s park­ing lot.

SM City Te­labasta­gan Mall Man­ager Bong Gar­cia said the mall’s first ever Cast­away Mu­sic Fes­ti­val held at the mall park­ing grounds drew at least 10,000 crowd who sang and danced to reg­gae mu­sic all-night long.

“This is our first time to host the Cast­away Mu­sic Fes­ti­val and it is very over­whelm­ing be­cause we were re­ally sold out and we can see the au­di­ence en­joy­ing as they jammed with our fea­tured artists,”Gar­cia.

Gar­cia said the Ka­pam­pan­gans’ warm wel­come to the homegrown mu­sic fes­ti­val will serve as a mo­ti­va­tion to the mall man­age­ment in mak­ing a bigger and bet­ter Cast­away mu­sic fest in sum­mer 2020.
