In­struc­tional ma­te­ri­als are very im­por­tant to achieve the teach­ing learning process that we want to at­tain for our learn­ers. We use dif­fer­ent strate­gies and styles to im­prove pupil’s per­for­mance and de­vel­op­ment. We also use dif­fer­ent tech­nol­ogy to get the in­ter­est of the pupils in pre­sent­ing the les­son, we let them ex­plore and dis­cover they knowl­edge and skills in dif­fer­ent as­pect of their life. We let them think crit­i­cally by ask­ing dif­fi­cult ques­tions that may an­swer rea­son­ing, to show how they deal with that sit­u­a­tion or pr obl em.

All this IM’s are very vi­tal that may help our stu­dents to learn, but the most ef­fec­tive IM’s is the teacher it­self, be­cause even though we have all this re­sources if there is no teacher to fa­cil­i­tate the teach­ing learning process we will not achieve our ob­jec­tive in teach­ing our learn­ers. The teacher is the best IM’s be­cause teacher can ad­dress the needs of his/ her learner by know­ing the right strate­gies and meth­ods to be ap­plied for his/ her pupils. Teacher can com­mu­ni­cate and ask the learn­ers if they un­der­stand the les­son. As teacher we are re­spon­si­ble to give qual­ity ed­u­ca­tion to our chil­dren for them to be­come glob­ally com­pet­i­tive learn­ers.
