Technologies nowadays really mean changes which may be in life even inside the classroom the classroom settings. Many teachers left the traditional teaching to cope with the changes in the lifestyle and learning competencies of students. The use of social media is the trending strategy of the teachers in teaching these 21st Century learners. It is the most convenient and effective teaching strategy in a very difficult setting in the classroom. Both teachers and learners are now joining hands in acquiring knowledge and information using these multimedia that make teaching and learning easy and fast. Teachers are aiming for more competitive learners to compete globally in their chosen profession someday. In inculcating to their minds the importance and easy way of learning, this goal is merely possible to achieve. The main role of the 21st Century Teachers is to produce 21st Century learners with high skills, knowledge and globally competitive.

The challenges of the teachers facing nowadays is how to teach the different concepts and competencies to the learners in different approaches where in they can improve their critical and practical reasoning. Because all the information needed is always available everywhere using the different multimedia so it is the responsible of a teacher to find ways on how to teach the learners not the content but the process of learning. As a teacher, I should prove that Learners always needs us teacher to educate them in a way that the different multimedia cannot do.
