The Essence of Being a Leader

Sun.Star Pampanga - - PERSPECTIVE! - Baby Aileen M.Romero --oo0oo--

Leadership means the action of leading a group of people or organization. Anyone can be a good leader, though it is really hard to lead, yet if someone will be given the chance to lead, he/she might possess the qualities of a good leader. He/ she may possess the ability to handle people and situations in a just manner; he/she loves to encourage the workers.

He/she is very considerate that he/she is open to suggestions meaning he/she cares for other people’s idea to have, rather make a better plan for the success of the company or institution without being unpleasant to the ideas of his subordinates. He/she could handle pressure without being mean and rude, and that is a good motivation that will inspire someone to do the given task better, it will lead them to be positive and be more productive in the workplace.

To lead is to live by example, walk your talk and the rest will follow.
