Sun.Star Pampanga - - PERSPECTIVE! - Jeanette V. Quizon --oo0oo--

According to Wikipedia, leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.

What makes up a GOOD LEADER?

A leader is a person who convinces other people to follow, someone who inspires and puts confidence in other people and moves them to act. Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others.

It means that anyone can be a good leader, only if that chosen person is more likely experienced with being trained before, became a subordinate who knows how to follow, someone who can deal with the meanest person in group, has a positive outlook in life and someone whom you can depend on with regards to work issues.

A good leader is someone who motivates his people in a positive way, for this will inspire them to do better in their assigned task.

Lastly a good leader boosts his/her subordinates to improve themselves, such as; let them attend trainings, seminars or take a post graduate course, that means he/ she is preparing others to LEAD, the way he/she does.
