MEQUENI Live is ready to celebrate an Independen­ce Day full of color and Filipino pride as it brings the Flavors of Sugbo to Clark, Pampanga from June 11 until 16, 2019.

Sugbo is the ancient name of Cebu, derived from the Old Cebuano term for great fire.

This special Independen­ce Day treat will see collaborat­ion between Quest Plus Clark’s culinary team, headed by Chef Jean Leon, and special guest Chef John Mangubat of Quest Hotel Cebu.

Specializi­ng in Filipino cuisine and a native of the South, Chef John has been featured in various national and global media with a decade of internatio­nal culinary experience under his belt. He is also the Sous Chef of Pusô Bistro & Bar, the award-winning restaurant of Quest Hotel Cebu.

Feast on the famous Cebu Lechon, Sutukil, and so much more. Plus, the grill is on for the Sugba which is best paired with Pusô.

For PHP 1,399 net per person for either lunch or dinner, the Flavors of Sugbo features a diverse and plentiful menu expected to immerse guests with the Philippine food culture.
