UNDERSTANDING THE PERSPECTIVE

Reliza D. Alfonso

-

Leaders are responsible for the effectiveness of organization, and serve as anchors in the lives of subordinates. Leaders, like teachers, do what is right and deliver right. An organization can’t progress without a common vision. In understanding the perspective, one must give oneself a guiding revelation, a common dream that should work well and be planned well.

Another thing is to become self-expressive if there are ideas you want to internalize and share. We should also learn from right advisors. There is a saying that success is not a success without a successor; learning from a right mentor can contribute a lot on how to improve an organization well. Becoming a leader is to recognize the context for what it is- a breaker, not a maker, a trap, not a launching pad; an end, not a beginning-and declare independence.

We should listen to the inner voice in order for us to understand the perspective. Trusting the inner voice is one of the most important lessons of leadership, first and foremost, find out what it is you’re about and be that. Be what you are, because it doesn’t seem to be what anyone wants. I think the first step toward change is to refuse to be deployed by others and to choose to deploy yourself. The leader has demonstrated what is true, dignified and has a perspective spirit. Always look for the positive way of life so that you can work in a day full of enjoyment and less burden.
