MILLENIAL TEACHER’S GREAT IMPACT AMONG LEARNERS

The boundless creativity and energy among millennial teachers inside the school campus is manifested. They are potentially problem solvers. They are considered eager learners who thrive on feedback and strong relationships and they are one of the strongest and largest labor force. Considered assets by the employers for the skills, knowledge and talents they are explicitly observed.
Every teacher is unique. His capabilities and abilities cannot be compared to anyone. Enhancement is by different ways and strategies. These teachers are full of energy who consistently do professional growth among themselves at the same time excel much in the process of educating learners. As we observe, they are deep believers of personal impact and power. Their accomplishments are observable and their potentials are really strong. Their purpose is to leave a great impact not only in the school activity but also in the community as well.
Trying to bring out the best in them is to help them see for a long-term path for their professional growth. In classroom observation, constructive feedback and meaningful feedback should be given to boost them to a more fruitful individual. Efforts manifested should always be recognized. Giving leadership roles in school will bring out the best in them because they believe that building on each other’s strength results into better outcomes. They like leadership roles because they are fully confident with their abilities.
Utilizing millennial’s comfort use of technology enable them to manifest their creativity and teaching strategies in teaching. As we observe, most of them are very knowledgeable in technology and as part of the continuing and developing styles in teaching, their existence is of great help.
We need millennial teachers in our system nowadays. Their exemplary eagerness at creativity is very functional to any developing school. They should be given recognition as it does not only better for them but for the whole school in the community.
