Visionary Leader

Jayson Ryan T. De Leon

Every school must be led by a school head. He/she is expected to provide strong, dynamic, innovative and competent leadership in promoting and sustaining quality education.

Being the leader of Sta.Ines Elementary School, I act not only as a curriculum/ instructional leader but also as a manager who is accountable in making periodic reports to stakeholders. I am the primary in-charge of communicating the school’s real situation such as academic performance, financial status, issues and concerns that would generate support from the external stakeholders for the School Improvement Plan, allocating and managing resources whether human, material or financial which are necessary for school operation thus transforming the school into a more effective organization that fosters powerful teaching-learning for all pupils.

For the past school years, through the cooperation and support of my teachers, linkages were developed between the school and the NGOs, LGUs, and other external stakeholders rendering the accomplishments of academic projects such as sustainability of above average NAT Results, construction of guidance room, beautification of library and these may lead for the convertion of elementary school to integrated school in Mabalacat City.

“More of We, Less of Me.”

These are the words I always emphasized when it comes to planning and development of certain programs and projects. I will always make sure at the start of each school year that we should always work as one, we may be different in so many aspects but our objectives of delivering quality education to our clienteles is our common goal and I always give my 100% support for it. Assuring that if everyone will do their jobs, perform their roles, and accomplish their tasks….SUCCESS will surely be achieved.

Each teacher was given a particular designation based on the their area of specialization, then targets and objectives for each aspect of our common vision were organized and monitored occasionally by the school head to determine the progress of work.
