Is learning possible amidst Covid-19?

-

“Learning never ceases to continue” this line is what most people believe and is certainly true. No matter where we are, we learn from the things we see and experience.

However, the present time isn’t promising as it seems. Students will face challenges as they adapt to this new kind of atmosphere.

As we all know, classes will now be held online and a medium for this kind of classroom is a “gadget”.

A tool that some students possess and some do not. Even if we suppose that all students have the means to connect online it will be hard for them to understand the lesson.

A reason is due to the lack of physical presence of their educators, or distractions inside the household. Even when classes were conducted inside the classroom some students had a hard time coping up, how much more in this kind of situation? But as we know, 21st century learners are amazing students.

They do not settle for less and adapt with their environment. However, there is an imbalance for those who can access the new way of schooling and those who can’t. But one thing for sure is that learning won’t stop!

This pandemic has compromised a lot of things and processes around the world. It adversely affected lives and businesses. Education, which is a huge sector of the society, is also one. Despite of these, the young generation together with the help of their advisors will overcome this.

Learning happens not just on the formal schooling we know. It goes more than that. Learning is everywhere.
