Social Media plays a huge role in the life of teens or millennial nowadays. It became a vital part of modern-society. Social media are web-based services that allow areas to connect and interact with the friends, contacts and strangers. As more individuals associate with the Web, specialists are starting to look at the impacts of Web use on clients' mental well-being. Due to some degree to an examination discharged by Kraut et al. (1998) their presumed that Web utilization is emphatically related with misery, forlornness, and stress, popular supposition about the Web has been firmly negative. Interestingly, the present examination was intended to test the speculation that Web utilization can influence clients usefully.

Technology has been part of their daily life from their reliance on Facebook, cell phones, and texting - to watching and/or creating their own YouTube videos, blogging on the Internet, or use of Skype with others throughout the globe.

The youth of today use technology such as the Internet more than any other method through which to communicate and socialize (Mishna et al., 2009). According to statistics gathered by ComScore Networks, 713 million people ages 15 or older, which was 14% of the global population, used the Internet in June 2006, with 153 million being in the United States (Lipsan, 2007). As technological advancements are made, the residual impact of social networking on society’s young generation is of valuable importance to researchers in the social work field. Left unattended, the lack of skills to effectively communicate and resolve conflicts in person may negatively affect behavior and impair the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Furthermore, the school must provide a seminar or orientation for every pupil on how to manage their time properly and teach them to manage their time works. The use of modern technology is not bad, parents should be the right guide for their children to avoid the misuse and its consequences.
