Coping Up Over The Virtual World In Times Of Difficulties

It is a sad reality that teachers have to face a lot of challenges inside and outside the school. One of these is the struggle in making ends meet. As a solution revenue, teachers search banks that offer loans to seal the holes that financial problems made.

In other circumstances, teachers opt to give up their free time and take part-time jobs as tutors or online teachers. However, times have changed and tables turned around- something that once was a side dish became the main menu. But like the regular restaurant not all of the teachers are patrons of the virtual market. Mabalacat National High School is in support of attaining the objectives of the Department of Education in the new era of learning. In line with this, a series of training, webinars, and workshops involving teachers were spearheaded by the school administration. Along with those activities, a few discoveries were made. The reactions that the learning community has made in response to the stimuli that has newly occurred must be inclined with the safety protocols that the DOH imposed.

This is to ensure that learners will be out of the threat of the virus while studying. This is the reason why the series of seminars conducted by the school were proven to help gear up and equip the teachers with the new knowledge in handling teaching with the aid of technology. This is a glaring manifestation that every teacher must be flexible enough to whatever challenge may come in his or her teaching career.
