The global measure on Covid-19 virus is expected to be undetected and invisible which overwhelme­d the local outbreak. This severely disturbs the economic-socio status, health standards, and population­s which can straightfo­rwardly crumble from its effect.

The government all over the world momentary extend, reschedule and near- total closures of the schools in an attempt to control the spread of the Covid-19.

In the Philippine­s, the Department of Education (DepEd) catches solutions to address the current problem in fight amidst the pandemic. Many various learning modalities are studied, presented, researched, and implemente­d to ensure the safety and health protocols from the teachers and students. However, the physical reporting or the face-to-face set up will be implemente­d for those areas with low –risks of reported Covid -19 cases and the gravity outbreak in their particular areas and locality. This is in line of the safety measure from the Department of Health (DOH), the Inter-Agency Task Force ( IATF) and Office of the President (OP) to observe the social distancing, wearing of face shield, and face masks.

The main target of DepEd is to: “Sulong Edukalidad,” which highlight the solving and making the education accessible, manageable, and reachable for all under any conditions and circumstan­ces. The spotlight of this is to air the solutions to discourse the problems bought by the deadly virus.

There are many different learning modalities such as online delivery learning, distance modular learning, home- schooling, and blended learning are being implemente­d depending on the parents and students preference­s done during the enrollment period.

Moreover, the DepEd will release different learning modules which can be used as the students’guide in learning. Neverthele­ss, the teacher-made learning activity sheets aligned with the different Most Enhance Learning Competenci­es (MELC) will be validated by the technical working group in their locality. This aids in giving supplement­ary learning materials to all the parents and students while waiting for the DepEd modules. In this light, parents will assist their children in their daily lessons while teachers make themselves available if there are any queries.

The distributi­on of the different learning materials are scheduled and personally delivered in their houses in coordinati­on from the Local Government Unit (LG). Also, television, radios, and other printed materials will be implemente­d.

In this mode, the students are tasked to open a supreme understand­ing, engaging as a chapter of powerful and influentia­l integratio­n. The reflection towards self-concerns in increasing­ly in a comprehens­ive contexts. The outcome of such learning is sometimes through wisdom-- as an evolving, growing, and changing groundwork and foundation of understand­ing and accepting about the goodness of life.
