Students tend to go to school to learn new things and chase their ambitions. Although education is not the only road to success, much effort is made to identify, evaluate, track and encourage the progress of students. It is important for everyone to have good academic results because of the belief that good academic results will provide more career choices and job security. School is a place where students develop social and emotional skills. School environment is broadly characterized by its facilities, classrooms, school-based health supports, disciplinary policies and practices. It sets the stage for the external that affects student’s safe support learning, while peer pressure is the direct influence on people by peers, or an individual who gets encouraged to follow their peers by changing their attitudes, values, or behaviours to conform to those of the influencing group or individual. This type of pressure differs from general social pressure because it causes an individual to change in response to a feeling or being pressured or influenced from a peer or peer group. Both school environment and peer influence have a strong influence on student‘s outcomes or students' outcome and academic success is greatly influenced by the type of school they attend and the peers that they are joining.

Academic Performance is as how well a student meets standards set out by the local government and the institution itself. lt was evaluated in a number of ways. For regular grading, students demonstrate their knowledge by taking written and oral tests, performing presentations, turning in homework and participating in class activities and discussions. Teachers evaluate the students in the form of letter or number grades and side notes, to describe how well a student has done.

School Environment includes the school structure, school composition and school climate, school level characteristics are being studied to discover methods of improving achievement for all students, Depending on the environment, and school can either open or close the doors that lead to academic performance. The skill level of teachers is another indicator of student academic performance. Students who attend schools with a higher number of full credential teachers perform better.

Since the school is considered as a second home for students, teachers should understand the feelings of the students. Take the feelings into consideration and provide a school environment in which the student will feel better. Once this is achieved, the student should show how the subject matter of the classroom could at least partially satisfy the need to have a safer life out of the classroom.
