It is very significant to make the idea of classroom management adequately clear for its effect on the learning process to be understood. Classroom management was believed of as a matter of correcting students’ misconduct. Classroom management is far better than controlling students’ misconduct.

Classroom management is not limited to supervisory sides of class control and correction, however, also includes the classroom instructions, activities and procedures delivered by the teacher to succeed an encouraging and collaborating social atmosphere inside the class, which supports to realize the sought educational goals. The accomplishment of a teacher in this regard depends on their making use of the decision-making classroom skills of preparation, organization, leadership, follow up, assessment and time management.

Classroom management sometimes refers to the actions of teachers to create a classroom setting that supports and eases both academic and social-emotional learning. In other words, classroom management has two distinct tenacities: it not only seeks to form and sustain an organized classroom atmosphere so students can involve in meaningful learning, it also aims to improve students’ social and moral growth.

Better classroom management will create or break the academic year, so it’s no surprise that some teachers had tips about classroom management and disciplining students. Some teachers emphasized the importance of getting off demanding and practicing procedures and functions again and again.

Classroom management is an activity that teachers make to keep their classroom going smoothly throughout the school year enabling their students to succeed. Things like preparing the learning activities and surroundings, communicating clear expectations, and offering education that keeps students thoughtful and focused are all methods of classroom management.

A teacher should improve his/her classroom practices especially in managing the classroom to enhance student learning. Classroom management can be a very difficult task for any teacher. It requires a lot of time, effort and patience. But, if you have a good strategies and tools in place then your students will be able to do well and excel in class.
