The strongest magnifiers of strengths are the leaders. They encourage, nurture and motivate others through mechanisms of commitment, engagement, and empowerment, to a meaningful work. It is the assessment of the individual’s moods and actions in order to implement patterns that may impact the atmosphere around the team members. It can be classified as to the performance of the team focusing on the tasks needed.
An effective leaders’ behavior is one who set a good example of actions, and motivate others through engagement and collaborative tasks. They are the strength boosters in which providing all the opportunities to contribute towards one goal to achieve. More so, they facilitate discussion and address conflicts appropriately.
In a team style to leadership, each member is interdependent from each other towards interchangeable accomplishment and achievements. It motivates people to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. It all cases it strains out the collaboration rather than a competition to ensure that workplace routines and practices work well.
The individuals’ taste, attitudes and objectives into a cohesive team which work together and meet the purpose and common goals. The process of turning individuals’ interests, attitudes, and taste come up together to work for a mutual objective to achieve the common goal.
