Lead to Inspire.

In the first installment of Spiderman movie trilogy, one quotation echoed and left a mark to everyone for it has a message that can be applied to many situations especially if the topic at hand is about leadership. That quote says "Great power comes with great responsibilities. Leaders are not only managers of organizations but also molders of people. As managers, we are in charge of planning and executing things out. We must take part with the credits and also the repercussions of our group or institutions decision. We are not and shouldn't be like a boss grabbing all the credits in success but points finger in failures. Being a leader is giving others an opportunity to grow, to develop and improve so later to become a leader themselves. We are the farmers that nurture the crops to grow and bear fruit for the ultimate goal of a leader in the facade is to succeed but deep inside, it is to make everyone around us grow with us, individuals to groups, a click to organizations, a leader's ultimate goal should and will always be to improve the lives of others.

Being a leader is a great opportunity to inspire people, to make them dream bigger, but not to take long sleeps but rather have power naps. We must create new leaders, use the potentials of our members for them to grow as a leader. Make them feel empowered through their strengths and embrace their weaknesses and overcome it. As leaders, we are vested with the obligation to train them how to think and act like a leader. Our leadership matters when we create great leaders after own. The best leaders let its people explore their potential and improve themselves, not by force but by willingness and volunteerism. These are the essences of being a leader

In the end, we are not immortal but our legacy is what makes us eternal. The people we inspired makes our soul eternal. The teachings that we impart will be the guiding lights for people as they live after our own generation and the next.
