WORK HARD IN SILENCE, LET YOUR TRIUMPH BE YOUR NOISE

Michael P. Lugtu

-

An empty vessel makes the most sound. You often hear this sound a lot. It simply means that people who keep talking are the ones with no inner substance. You may not be the apple of the eye by your boss but still do your best at work. Don’t be disappointed if the odd does not favor you. Work hard silently and slowly work yourself up to the peak of success. There are plenty of opportunities out there.

Every human being aspires to be successful. It’s human nature to aim for success but the sad thing about it is they want to be successful but they’re not doing the right thing to earn success. This means you will have to do a lot of hard work in order to become big someday in the future. If you have a plan and you think it is right and you are working in the right direction, know that nothing can come as an obstacle between you and success. Keep your spirits high.

On the road towards success, you will encounter a lot of people who are good in criticizing and will do everything to take you down. All you need to do in such a situation is to keep working hard in silence, no matter how much you want them to stop they will continue, so the nice thing to do is shut them up with your exceptional success story.

Don’t focus your attention to negative criticism because it can disappoint you instantly. But make it a point to separate negative criticism from positive criticism, for latter will help you in making the required corrections in your approach to be successful. So, never underestimate your potential and never coddle in hostility with your critiques as maturity comes naturally when you reach the point of success.
