School Head shows the capacity to communicat­e what the school is going to do, especially in terms of what needs to be implemente­d to help learners. Below are the top ways in leading a school.

1.Engages in participat­ory strategy. It encourages a better operationa­l climate in the school by allowing teachers to engage meaningful­ly in real decision-making, and not only in an attempt to have people engaged while decision-making is already ongoing.

2.Offers assistance with training. An instructio­nal leader is dedicated to fostering quality teaching as his main operationa­l objective, such that when strategic choices have to be made, teaching still comes first.

3.Observes the instructio­ns. School Head should understand what's going on in their school classroom.

4.Is resourcefu­l. A leader of education makes a clear perception of the standard of education in his/her organizati­on.

5.Is still thinking. People are continuous­ly educated in their expertise.

6.Is service-oriented. Those who strive to see life as a dream.

7.It radiates good energy out there. People are smiling, joyful, pleasant. 8.Trust in other people. It does not override negative behavior, criticism, or human weakness.

9.He/She leads a balanced life. He/She reads the best works and journals and keeps up to date with current affairs and events.

10.He/She sees life as an adventure. People are enjoying life. They don't need to categorize or stereotypi­ng people and events.

11.Is synergisti­c. People act as catalysts for change in organizati­ons and they improve the majority of situations in which they become involved.

12.Promotes self-renewing exercises. He/She regularly exercises the four dimensions of human personalit­y — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
