School Head shows the capacity to communicate what the school is going to do, especially in terms of what needs to be implemented to help learners. Below are the top ways in leading a school.
1.Engages in participatory strategy. It encourages a better operational climate in the school by allowing teachers to engage meaningfully in real decision-making, and not only in an attempt to have people engaged while decision-making is already ongoing.
2.Offers assistance with training. An instructional leader is dedicated to fostering quality teaching as his main operational objective, such that when strategic choices have to be made, teaching still comes first.
3.Observes the instructions. School Head should understand what's going on in their school classroom.
4.Is resourceful. A leader of education makes a clear perception of the standard of education in his/her organization.
