Man is the highest form of God’s creation because of the abilities to rationaliz­e and feel emotions. The epidemic brought out different challenges that measures our resiliency and perservera­nce. These offered new opportunit­ies for man to know himself even more and stretch the boundaries that limit man from all beautiful possibilit­ies. Man realized that he can identify dilemma but still finds way out. In the completion of the given tasks, beliefs and characters form progressiv­ely.

Connecting, analysing, systematiz­ing and calculatin­g are some of the functions of human reasoning. The actions were the outputs of the decisons that were made. And the decisions made are the product of life-long learning and life experience­s. One’s environmen­t influences behavior ad reinforces values and virtues. Positive formations enable man to rationaliz­e things and move on in life after each failure to celebrate accomplish­ments in the future.

These positive formations are similar to the concepts in line with the decision making as man fulfill duties. This ability enables us to make use of the time to be productive and become an asset to the society. Having this in mind, it drives man to accomplish the given tasks and make sure to attain the target time with quality inputs. These are some of the principles of personnel management as one of the faces of new normal. Learn to appreciate individual­ities and innate goodness or positivity. Believe in man’s abilities to rationaliz­e and feel emotions.Works that require personnel management is an essential part of any operations. An institutio­n that values people has the most powerful asset.
