San Fernando's first co-working and social space is now open

DeskNCoffee Social Workplace is a 'minimalist' hub that has a seating capacity of around 25 people and is poised to hold a diverse community of business professionals, freelancers, artists and students who are all geared to achieve goals and visions.

Not only does it provide a place to work, but it is also perked up with strong Wi-Fi connection, enough power outlets, perfect room temperature, cozy ambiance, friendly staff and unlimited beverages that will make your stay extra.

Moreso, it is also designed for flexible use, with niches for people who want to have brainstorming sessions, intimate seminars, workshops, pop-up events and whatnot.

“Our goal is to make it conducive to get things done. There's light – enough of it – to keep people sharp and effective. A peaceful vibe inside that lets you relax and gather your thoughts. It's clean and clear from distractions, allowing you to focus on the essentials,” said coowner Jen Simbulan.

“If you are a professional and business nomad like me, you might be the envy of most of your corporate worker friends because you can work remotely wherever you are! However, it’s not always as easy as most may think, especially if you are in place with a relatively poor internet connection,” said resident client, Coach Patrick de Leon

“Sit anywhere you like – near the windows where natural light comes in, on the couch where you can zone in, or at the long table for better collaboration and more space for your gears and gadgets. Anywhere is fine – It's a great place to house and start my PR firm,” he added.

Their rates vary from hourly, daily, weekly monthly and specially arranged bookings.
