Education in the New Normal Opens the Only Road to a Decent Life

Quality education is at the same time a basic need for a right.

Having a good education equips one to succeed in a competitive environment where the ignorant are either forced to the students or gobbled up by the dominant. While it is true that not all learning comes from formal education, it is still a sure way to make prospective employers aware of the skills of an individual.

And in today's competitive society, one needs all the advantages that one can have in order to survive, if not to succeed.

Quality education is strained by a shortage of sufficient funding. What we need is qualified teachers, not advanced equipment. The lack of qualified teachers results in a mediocre education, thereby multiplying mediocrity among innocent learners. Often, with modernized education, the government and educational institutions become reckless in prioritizing the measures required to achieve quality education.

It is true that we look forward to better education, awareness, and the emphasis on the spiritual side of life. On the other hand, it is worth commending those who have literally little resources and still succeed in their education. They have the courage to combat poverty through quality education-education that turns their attitudes and values into active people. They have the determination to educate their minds, their hearts and their souls. Only education will prepare them to face the challenges of survival; thus, their integrity and honor are cherished. They find pride in decent work and in their involvement in the achievement of a prosperous society.

Training is not only an appeal to human intelligence. There is a rising need for technological and managerial skills. There is a high demand for work in information technology and telecommunications. In order to take hold of modern life and thrive in today's fast-paced era of information, it is important to have the proper knowledge of new technological breakthroughs.

Let us dedicate ourselves to the education that develops the entire man inside us, the kind that explores our entirety and turns us into citizens with well-developed systems. Training is leading a good future, a good life.
