Among Ambo shares tips for Confession during this pandemic

-

Despite mounting appeals from Heaven (as per mystics) for us to go to confession soonest amid prophecies that sound apocalyptic, Covid 19 has made some priests wary of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This can beunderstandable, aswe do urgently need priests alive, not dead.

In Caloocan City, however, Bishop Pablo Virgilio David (Among Ambo to us Kapampangans) has asked parishioners to just write down their sins for handing over to the confessor after saying “Bless me father, for I have sinned.” This measure minimizes means through which virus could be exchanged.

Of course it had to be Among Ambo to come up with the best ideas in these extraordinary times. He also does videos of his most prepared homilies accessible via Facebook and Youtube, and so his effort to spread the Word is maximized. He is truly Jesus’shepherd.

While nothing could take the place of the sacrament, I really wish that in the meantime during this pandemic, priests be generous with general absolution with adequate explanation to the faithful of its requirements. The habit, I dare say massive habit, of receiving the Eucharist unprepared (which is sacrilegious) just must stop because this could make any petition for protection, say from Covid 19, meaningless.

And yes, being in a state of grace is a sine qua non for plenary indulgence for our departed beloveds in the coming month of November, as was discussed in my previous column. This is rare opportunity to finally release loved ones from Purgatory where, once said the Blessed Mother, most people have to pass through before being admitted into Heaven.

And now for the typical in this space. Again let me share more from Jesus Christ, in His words conveyed to Servant of God Luisa Picarretta. Padre Pio’s contemporary whom he had extolled for saintliness. Jesus messages are dated accordingly

November 19, 1926:

“… the Supreme Fiat wants to get out. It is tired, and at any cost It wants to get out of this agony so prolonged; and if you hear of chastisements, of cities collapsed, of destructions, this is nothing other than the strong writhing of Its agony. Unable to bear it any longer, It wants to make the human family feel Its painful state and how It writhes strongly within them, without anyone who has compassion for It. And making use of violence, with Its writhing, It wants them to feel that It exists in them, but It does not want to be in agony any more— It wants freedom, dominion; It wants to carry out Its life in them. What disorder in society, my daughter, because my Will does not reign! Their souls are like houses without order— everything is upside down; the stench is so horrible— more than that of a putrefied cadaver. And my Will, with Its immensity, such that it is not given to It to withdraw even from one heartbeat of creature, agonizes in the midst of so many evils. And this happens in the general order of all… And this is why It wants to burst its banks with Its writhing, so that, if they do not want to know It and receive It by ways of Love, they may know It by way of Justice. Tired of an agony of centuries, my Will wants to get out, and therefore It prepares two ways: the triumphant way, which are Its knowledges, Its prodigies and all the good that the Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat will bring; and the way of Justice, for those who do not want to know It as triumphant. It is up to the creatures to choose the way in which they want to receive It.”

April 16, 1931:

“Courage, my daughter— courage is of souls resolute to do good. They are imperturbable under any storm; and while they hear the roaring of the thunders and lightnings to the point of trembling, and remain under the pouring rain that pours over them, they use the water to be washed and come out more beautiful; and heedless of the storm, they are more than ever resolute and courageous in not moving from the good they have started. Discouragement is of irresolute souls, which never arrive at accomplishing a good. Courage sets the way, courage puts to flight any storm, courage is the bread of the strong, courage is the warlike one that knows how to win any battle.”

Now for the latest prophecies via mystics. It would seem that some apocalyptic-sounding prophecies are regional and thus do not apply worldwide. Such could be the case of the following warning given last Oct. 27 to mystic Gisella Cardia who lives in Italy.

“.... My daughter, many are wondering what else will happen, and they do not realize that everything will collapse: they have no longer respected the first commandment, they have not believed in the power of prayer and love, and they are confused and lost. My sweet treasure, My empty churches have become places of hypocrisy, falsehood and entertainment, but I am there watching and weeping with great disappointment. My sister, accompany Me in this pain, so that everything might be lighter: all this will end. Shortly I will intervene; the Great Thunder is about to arrive. Guerrilla warfare will begin which will turn into war; times will come where they will continue to keep you at a distance, changing your way of life, leading you more and more into sin. The sacraments will no longer be given and everything will change; the lies will be well orchestrated and will convince you to sin more and more. Brothers and sisters, I ask you, do not be blind: only with the prayer coming out of your hearts will you be able to see the deception. Now I leave you, my sweet lovable daughter; offer up your pain, you together with your beloved spouse, you are blessed by heaven and by My Father, you will never be alone. Pray for the Church, where the apostasy is to become official.”
