Sometimes, people neglect the fact that sleep is a basic need, and it is beneficial. A restful night is more effective than vitamins and daily supplements. And so to remind us, “Why do we sleep anyway?” Well, scientists are not quite certain about that either, but one thing is for sure, sleep has a vital role in our health, memory and different fictions in our body.

Here’s a secret for every ladies, sleep is our new best buddy! Still thinking of staying up all night? You might wake up with flu.

Do you have an upcoming exam? Here’s an addition to your study habit: Avoid staying up late. A study published in the Sleep Journal found that people who slept for more than eight hours a day score considerably higher than those of who had less than six hours of sleep. Naturally, sleep is essential for proper memory, it’s time to erase the myth that sleep deprivation is a technique in studying.

Cramming, deadlines, modules to be reproduced, your favorite latenight shows or movie marathons. Go on, have a good night’s sleep for a brighter day, a healthier body and a toned mind…have a restful sleep.
