Educational managers must obtain the attributes required to accomplish the desired objectives.

Being a superior, he/she must be able to give credit to others. Once a worker is oppressed by his / her boss, he/she cannot be assumed to be an effective or successful worker. This will then come in the form of a weakness in the efficiency of the employee.

Communication is an integral aspect of the decision-making process. Communication is a process that binds the top to the bottom. The solutions to their issues can be addressed by contact between the principal and the mobile teachers. In communication, people learn how to think together and how to think about the roles of others. Also, coordination allows both the principal and the mobile teachers to accomplish a shared purpose. This suggests good contact between a principal and a mobile teacher about various circumstances.

The main considerations of conversation are to listen to the voices of others and to accept the viewpoints of others. Healthy partnerships by appropriate cooperation between the principal and the mobile teachers can ensure the success of the school.

Power and authority are two very important things. Good governance does not depend on power, only on authority and duty. The Authority operates based on trust between the Members. A successful principal must have the autonomy, not control at school, and must regard mobile teachers as peers and subordinates; practitioners, not educators.

To reach an appropriate decision, views need to be collected and debated to figure out which is the nest for principals, mobile teachers, and learners. That is, it is crucial who is going to execute the decisions. The most crucial factor in the decision-making process is to cultivate 'mutual interest' for those engaged in the process. Both the Principal and the Mobile Teacher are also finding shared respect in the decision-making process. A successful principal must listen as much as possible to the viewpoints of mobile teachers and represent them in the decisionmaking process.
