Pampanga cops seize P1.3M worth of drugs
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO— Quota International (QI) of Pampanga continued is celebration of its 25thyearanniversaryasitsmembersandofficials visited Pampanga High School (PHS) and two government hospitals in the province for a second round of donation activities.
The non-government organization visited the Pampanga High School's Special Education Class (SPED), a long time beneficiary of the organization, for the turnover of a photocopier machine that will enable instructors to produce modules for the distance learning needs of the SPED class.
The donation was presented by QI Pampanga president Nannytah P. Garcia with members Joebee Bondoc Henson and Diane Maddison Blake to PHS Principal Lynn Esguerra. QI of Pampanga has a long partnership with Pampanga High School.
Quota helped develop their special education program for the deaf and hearing-impaired which is one of the few in the area for high school students.
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - An anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO)yielded more than a million-peso worth of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) in Bacolor town.
PPPO Director Colonel Andres Simbajon said the illegal drugs were seized from two suspects identified as Nornihaya

He said the police asset were able to transact a sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for a marked money with the suspect inside their residence in Xevera Subdivision.
"The arrest of the suspect immediately followed and further inspection also revealed two more medium sachets of suspected shabu, aside from the small sachet that was the subject of sale," Simbajon reported.
A total of 200 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P1,360,000, and other personal belongings were recovered from the suspect.
Charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being prepared for filing against the suspects.
