Virgilio Carino , acting President of DSHRAI said that DITO was given a clearance to proceed construction knowing that they already complied with all the requirements.
“Sila (DITO) and dapat mag comply ng mga requirement hindi kami, kung ma null and void yung contract nila ni Mr. Bondoc wala kami magagawa kasi hindi sila tumupad sa kasunduan,” Carino added. (Chris Navarro)
