Community Involvement and Teachers’ Efficiency: A Call In The New Normal of Education
Education is obtained not only from a traditional school system but also from the culture. The society as a collective is a large school of its own. The members of the party are the pupils, the teachers, the parents, and the society at the same time.
Teachers perform several responsibilities and tasks in the teaching process. It is a social responsibility for teachers to be active in society.
For the school system to have the support and cooperation of the public, engagement, variety, and part of its time must be designed to foster teachercommunity ties. Irrespective of the scale of the classroom, the public relations policy must still be discussed. Members of the school community must cooperate to carry out such sound programs that will in turn give satisfactory results for the benefit of all in the community, i.e, the pupils, the parents, the community people, and the school teachers and administrators alike.
The role of the teacher in a supportive interaction with the school community is highly significant since it is the teacher that is the backbone of the education system. The role of the teacher in the group partnership states that the teacher must therefore be prepared to make the most positive appearances possible, even in the most innocent situations, to retain public support. The public view of the teacher influences their perception of the school and, consequently, the morals of the pupil, the opportunities of the school, and the support of their school in general.
Schools and the communities, in cooperation with public and private institutions and organizations, are also inseparable if they are to have an impact on the life of students and members of the society they are committed to representing. The school will benefit from connections and networking events with international, national, and local community organizations for the mutual benefit and assistance required.
It is generally accepted that if learners want to achieve their educational ability, they will need the full help of their teachers. Parents are supposed to play a part not only in encouraging the achievements of their pupils but more generally in the advancement of education and community engagement .
