The teachers play a vital role in encouraging their students to succeed in school. Here are the ways of motivating pupils to succeed.

1. Show care and concern to pupils.

Care and concern must be a governing principles in school. Try to know the pupils ambition in life a simple gesture og letting them know that your care for them. 2. Inspire pupils in their studies.

Inspirations is a factor that in a pupils success.. Provide them daily feedbacks of their academic and behavioural performances by praising them.

3. Seta high standards to pupils.

Teachers just not set high standards but pupils achieve their goals, model in life they expect their pupils to develop. And inspire them to do their best in school.

4. Develop values in pupils.

Integration of values in every class session is a must. See to aware of the value they need to develop in a particular activity.

5. Lead the pupils to the real source of strength and power. Start the class with prayer 6. Show unconditional love the students.

Genuine love is seeing the best in each pupils. Accept all the pupils regardless of ethnicities, mental capabilities and financial stability. Do not compare one from another. 7. Make classroom a little heaven on earth

Vary the classroom activities to make the class life exciting, ,memorable and meaningful. Design activities that suit the general interest on the class and encourage each pupil to participate

8. Right Choice of Audio visual Materials.

As a teacher use several audio and visual materials to enrich teaching. Get some teaching help from newspaper, magazines and internet
