The Department of Education with it's aim to have a culture of research as it envision global competitiveness empower teachers to come up with innovation and developments towards what they have been experiencing, school-based. Thus, it enables them to come up with possible solutions to work on as to benefit school community and it's system.

Research papers function in exploring or identifying multiple concerns in a wider scope across learning areas that include technology and vocational. To process all these, the Department if Education with the help of Education Supervisor for Research allow all teachers to attend trainings, conferences and Webinars that would in one way or the other fill the gaps in their respective schools.

Researches provide an avenue of execellence in which scholarly works can be benchmarked and may apply to school-based teaching and learning. In so doing teachers may adapt strategies like designing projects and undertakings that may solve existing gaps

Researches is much needed in order for teachers use varied techniques and innovations that would allow each teachers to think fully on what best way to ise to address school and students academic and non academic concerns. These avenue will provide an atmosphere of teachers' self-driven initiatives to uproot and solve specifically the immediate school's concern

Monitoring such undertakings will make this possibility an output oriented ideals. Also, once approved and implemented, this will allow teachers and learners to further enhance and uplift cognitive teaching and learning and lift skill concept discoveries.
