-

Education has great effects in the Philippine economics. If education freeze has taken place, there will be stagnation of graduates. The government will then again allocate budget in education particularly for teaching and learning resources. If then, the country will be dealing with greater hurdles not only health crisis but also economic development and growth. For the reason that the newly graduates become supporting backbone of the working industry. Hence, the Deped continually provides quality education while building the nation. And, today's heroes are teachers who pursue passion, commitment and service. The teachers must have qualities that suite in the time of pandemic.

The teachers are agents of change. Today, students are experiencing challenges in their personal, academic lives, and in modular distance learning. The teachers' influence can encourage a student who is already giving up. This inspiration can make slightest improvement. If the students’ conditions turn better, that's an impacting achievement for a great mentor. If the students became more successful citizens of the nation, the teacher's golden teachings succeeded.

The teachers are life-long learners. They intend to innovate. They are dealing with 21st century skilled learners. Today’s education calls for the technological assistance and advancement. Therefore, they need to be few more steps ahead from her learners. As the running principle of a good teacher says, you can share what you do not have. You cannot expect learners to be great if the teacher is not great.

In summary, teachers are unsung heroes. They are the influencers of the unstable young minds. They are the beacons of the paths of the nation's future leaders.
