Pursuant to RM. 080 2., 2020 also known as the Implementation of the Learning Delivery Modality 2 (LDM@ Course for Instructional Coaches and Teachers under the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) with the Deped adoption of the BE-LCP approved by the Covid 19 Inter Agency Task Force (IATF), the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP), in coordination with the relevant bureaus and offices in the Central Office and with the Education Forum partners, has implemented the training activities for teachers and school leaders in relation to the capacity building component of the BE-LCP. One of the activities was the implementation of LDM courses of the supervisors, school heads and teachers.

This coursed aimed to improve the readiness of teachers and school and school leaders for the implementation and management of learning deliver modalities consistent with policies and COVID-19 response framework adopted by the government and to provide guidance to the field officials in making informed decision related to the implementation of the different learning delivery modalities appropriate to their context.

This course helped us teachers fully understand the task and roles that we will be playing in this new kind of education. Thinking about how are going to make teaching and learning possible amidst this pandemic tortured our minds. But with this LDM2, we are enlightened and were guided properly. It only proved that no adversities and hardships will not be overcome if there is dedication and support from the government.

Working hand in hand will play a significant role in the success of every task. Education is really vital in everyone’s life, and therefore must continue whatever hindrance may come.
