The whole world was shocked and was caught unprepared when the Corona virus emerged in December 2019. Every little corner of the world and every endeavor was affected negatively bringing a lot of new normal ways so as to survive the pandemic, even education system has changed.

The challenge of the new normal in the Philippine education system has been an intriguing issue since lots of netizens are questioning the ability of our government to provide quality education amidst the pandemic. The Department of Education (DepEd) is doing its part and maximizing everything it can so it can provide quality education while keeping its learner safe from the virus. Different learning delivery modalities were offered based on the unique situation of the locale and the learners. It may sound good and easy but in the reality many are struggling so we can bridge the education nowadays. The question of reliability and validity of the learning outcomes comes next to the issues of today’s education system , many may assume that there will be not enough learning especially for those children where there is no total teacher interaction in their learning delivery modality. As many issues arise from time to time , we still do not know what kind of outcomes we will have in our today’s education but for now all we can do is to cooperate to the government and always hope for the best .
