Teachers are like bamboo they are pliant and resilient.

As the school year opened last October, tons of problems arose. Each were carefully studied, planned and solved so that no one will be left behind and quality education will still continue among learners amidst the pandemic. Distance learning modality is one of the ways to deliver education where learners will study at the comfort of their homes with the support of their parents. There are different distance learning modalities that are being offered like the TV-based, Radio based On-line and Modular approach to provide the students an opportunities to learn.

Learners progress are being monitored by teachers whereas they need to extend all the possible ways and means in reaching out their students, moreover seek the help of parents to work with them hand in hand for their children's welfare. Once the expected result is not met, teachers will have to resolve and plan for other strategies like providing remediation, exercises, one-on-one talk/tutor etc. Teacher will always be a teacher. Their love and enormous understanding to students, passion and the flaring fire to provide quality education never die. Teachers are really like bamboo trees, wherever the wind blows them, they will always be pliant and resilient in order for them to produce life-long learners.
