Department of Education and the Dep Ed Divisions have been planning, preparing, and airing Television-Based Instruction Programs for Dep Ed Learners through local and national TV channels months before the start of SY 2020-2021. It was a tedious and long preparation for the production teams of each TVI-Based program; nevertheless, it has been a very rewarding endeavor.

DepEd City of San Fernando Division has prepared Television-Based Instruction (TVI) programs for the Fernandino learners that include FND Kids TV, SFESial TV, FND Teens TV, and SH Live. Most of the TVI programs are aligned with the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) of selected learning areas. These programs are additional support materials for the learners to further understand their lessons in a simple, enjoyable, and practical way.

With the assistance of the teachers, the learners are encouraged to watch TVI programs. These programs have started showing at CLTV36 since January 4, 2021 for its Second Season, with the following timeslot: 1) FND Kids TV - MWF, 8 am-9:00 am and TTH, 9-10 am; 2) SFESial TV, MWF from 9 am to 10 am; 3) FND Teens TV, Mon to Thurs, 10 am to 11 am; and 4) SH Live Friday 10 am to 11 am. These programs are developed by production teams composed of talented teachers and school administrators of Dep Ed City of San Fernando Division who put their very best to bring quality education despite the pandemic. The people behind the TVI programs and their efforts are truly commendable.
