You have X students with Y types of interests and Z with different talents, yet, you throw them all into one pot and teach them the same stuff. If a school - age child struggles in learning, it is advised not to delay sharing concerns with school personnel or other professionals. Students who do not perform well in school often develop anxiety and phobia, which may refer to the unreasonable worries. The sense of failure may cause them not to pay attention or worse to be pathetic.

Helping students who are struggling in learning requires teachers to choose an appropriate time and approach. Without a systematic approach this can be a challenge for teachers who have multiple students in need of help.

Teachers, in general, have the same skills and knowledge to create meaningful and targeted instruction in all areas; however, when it comes in different teaching approaches with different learning styles and interests are likely to be less imaginative and innovative. Teaching to a struggling student helps increase learning success.

Hence, teachers are the instruments in providing good education to the students and mold them into competent individuals. Therefore, teachers must deliver the most innovative and effective instruction that could promote maximum learning. Bringing on at the different innovation and effective instruction in teaching an idea allows each of your diverse learners’ chances to succeed at learning.
