Clearly we believe that certain forms of technology can be powerful tools to facilitate intercultural learning and collaborative inquiry . We describe how intellectual inquiry through the Internet can serve as a means of challenging traditional forms of indoctrination and empowerment of marginalized student and communities. The Covid-19 brings the dilemma on how to deliver the needed education of the Filipino Youth. Since April 2020 , teachers undergoes series of seminars using the needed soft-wares and programs that can be used for the Alternative Delivery Mode(Google meet, Youtube), believe to be enthusiastic precisely because we can see technology as more efficient ”delivery system” and a reliable supply of “adaptable, mindful, flexible’ expandable workers for 21st century.

The myopic condition of learners because of the gap of no face to face learning experiences may be remediated through extended session of teachers as a flexible learning happens, sessions were extended for additional information using websites that can be used by learners in order to understand , however modules still used but additional information can be downloaded for the things needed by learners. Circuitry, active, passive components can be identified easily on the different website. The needed actual circuitry presentation can be seen in You- Tube presentation , and also a miniature of the needed circuitry.

TV stations even local TV station Channel 36 offers critically oriented teachers an opportunity to do some very interesting educational work with students in middle schools and high schools. It provides the context of different learning areas as provided and discussed by different clusters of the learning area embedded on them.

Clearly both media (Printed and broadcast) were used in order to delivered the Alternative Delivery Mode of Capampangan learners and may say Capampangan co Pagmaragul Co.
