Strategizing teaching in the new normal

"Education must not stop and so the learning shall continue whatever it takes" Teachers especially in our country have been battling with the challenges of the new normal in education.

Not being able to meet their students in the classroom set up like they used to before is a big adjustment for everyone.

Since the 5th of October none of the students in elementary level have seen their teachers and vice versa which is so absurd but there's nothing we can do about it.

Those who are not teachers may be wondering how things go and how do the usual activities take place etc.

Teachers were oriented on the new normal in education through a program by the Department of Education which is called LDM2 or the Learning Delivery Modalities for Teachers. This program offered the teachers ,series of orientation and training about the processes of the different modalities. It also adheres teachers to continuously seek for different strategies and interventions in order to reach their learners. But how do teachers strategize their teaching at this time?

Being able to determine the needs of every learner having different personalities and personal circumstances is one key to be able to formulate a better solution. Definitely there is no single strategy that can be used for all types of learners ,that is why as teachers we need to expedite more ,merge one strategy to another ,even teach in the way your learners want to learn. Take note also that old effective techniques may or may not be applicable at this time but one thing is for sure ,strategize not only using your minds because at this time we all need to feel taken care and loved . Strategized teaching with love so they may feel now kuch you want them to learn.
