As such, job satisfaction can be achieved thru proper motivation on employees as well as granting incentives on employees in a form of promotion. Strategically, when a company or an employer see employees’ exceptional potentials towards work, they usually keep the employee and giving him/her incentives that they may enjoy and do more and give off their best for the company. The most rewarding and lifetime incentive that a company or an employer may give is the “promotion” on employees.
Accordingly, on the part of an employee, when promotion is being achieved, the inspiration, the innate passion for work, the inner motivation will be automatically be intact on the person, thus, resulting to excellent job performance.
