PERSON WITH A VISION VS VISIONARY PERSON
ANALE B. NUCUM
Look within you. What do you feel? Do you feel like there is so much to be done and you have so many ideas but hard to realize? Would you prefer little talking and does more? Do you see the road so bright yet a lot of struggles ahead? Do you find strength from people that surrounds you or the strength from your inner convictions strike stronger? If your answer is yes, probably you have a potential to become a visionary leader who leads with a vision.
Some people never see a vision, others see it but never pursue it on their own. Others see it, pursue it and help others see it. Vision is a gift, to see a vision in an organization is a higher calling that not everyone is blessed to be given. Use this vision to see the lights in every darkest hour and lead your people in the right path towards success.
There are some people who think that they see vision, do a lot of talking and at the end, accomplished nothing. Others find strength in from outward conditions and may change enthusiasm based from the opinion of others and worse is quit when the road becomes difficult.
A person with a vision talks little but does much, he is a person of action than of words. He finds strength from inner conviction. His commitment and principles are his foundations and the no one can influence and break what he believes in. He continues when problems arise but see it as an opportunity for growth and self-development.
Being a person with a vision and a visionary person are two different persons. But to be a visionary leader who leads with a vision is exceptional. The indispensable quality of leadership is vision. And all effective leaders have a vision of what they must accomplish. Vision is the ability to think with imagination and wisdom. Every organization requires vision. It gives you a clear guide of who you are and what you want to accomplish. It gives a sense of purpose in the organization. That vision becomes the fuel to every effort that pushes through the realization of goals and objectives.
A visionary leader is someone who develops a canny sense of unknown, has a core values, clear vision, empowering relationship and innovative action. Without strong visionary leadership, no strategy will be executed effectively. It takes visionary leader who has a vision to translate vision into r eal i t y.
