It only started with a speck of a featured cellphone, borrowed old cameras and improvised lightings is the humbling start of a TV based production of Fernandino Teens TV. Members of the production team were not that professionally trained but the willingness to learn and share with a heart and passion is the only thing we have in common. The start of the pilot live episodes for the week was a nerve rocking, very pressured and puzzled minds though whatever may happen still we have the a vision of doing the best we can.

Fernandino Teens TV in cooperation with CLTV 36 on its eight months running program and still counting has reached a hundred episodes in the spirit of providing quality education through distance learning in the City of San Fernando. It has evidently and effectively made connection between the show and concepts being studied in class. Helped students to learn from the visual nature videos, to understand non-verbal elements and innovative concepts thus facilitate remote learning opportunities so no student should be left behind.

Today, the studio has gone far from its typical structure to what is now a state of the art studio with high tech gadgets used in the production. The members of the production team has increased in number honed with special skills and credible talented teachers. This is the sole reason why FERNANDINO TEENS TV is one of the great pride of Pampanga High School. Thanks to our beloved Superintendent of the City of San Fernando, Dr. Imelda Macaspac for her dynamic leadership and high goal visions for the city schools. Not to forget Mam Lynn Esguerra our very supportive and dedicated Principal for her untiring support and love for the team.
