Leaders in everyone

In a fast – paced, constantly challenging world where we are part of, it is quite hard to Imagine living without a direction we all need one leader who will be an example that is worthy of emulation, a true compass that will lead us to the right North. Throughout history, we’ve known men who took a step ahead of the others to give way to endless possibilities of bigger, bolder, and brighter future. mankind has seen men who faced their fears, and jumped of the cliff of the unsure when everyone else is afraid to do so – to inspire others and make them see that there is light at certain points on the road Undeniably, we need somebody who is courageous enough to face the odds and overcome obstacles to be able to light the road to success.

Many years back, our leaders shine through at battlefields: they died for a cause as they lived for a purpose. Today, leadership is defined by the willingness to serve and serve and the sincerity in compassion to others. Clearly, everyone can lead the pack – as he puts his personal agendas behind. to be guide, one must willingly shed his light for others to see; he must not act like a strainer of issues or a sponge of praises; he must walk first before his fellowmen follow – one must decide to put the welfare of his subordinates above anything else; even of his own. A true leader is born in circumstances where a need for one arises – and from this moment and on, leading becomes part of who he is. At school, I encourage my students to be leaders in their own ways. I believe that each of us can inspire one another through ways we’ve probably not imagined. A single student can act as a catapult for change. In short, we are all viable candidates to be leaders. Would it not be more wonderful if we have realized this long ago and acted in the right way? If we all took responsibility of our leadership, the world will definitely be a more wonderful place to live in.

We are the change we want in the world – each of us is a leader in our own ways that we only need to discover (or Rediscover) and embrace. We are the ones who give direction to the los and who give light in the darkness. Leaders are those who want the best not just for themselves but for everyone – we are all leaders. We are the ones who answer the country’s challenge to recognize that we need to cooperate to achieve change.
