The SM Store Clark Marketing Manager Cris Del Rosario shared that the mall’s delivery service aims to bridge the convenience of online shopping and premium in-store customer assistance.
“Our delivery service aims to assist those who cannot go out due to lockdown restrictions, and those who do not have the time to go to the mall with their shopping,” Del Rosario said.
The mall’s Call to Deliverprovides apersonal shopper thru Viber ordering/ video call ordering/ virtual shopping and offers multiple payment options that include Cash on Delivery, Credit/ Debit Card, Contactless Payment Options like GrabPay and Gcash, online payment and even bank transfers. It also accepts SM Gift Cards and SM Sodexo Gift Passes.
The SM Store Clark will deliver the items the next day after completing a transaction or customers may opt to pick-up items at their own convenience thru the allotted curbside pickup point.
“We understand that some customers want to minimize their time outdoors, so we’re here to do the shopping for them,”Del Rosario said.
