Employees’job satisfaction as well as incentives or motivations on work are highly needed to achieve excellent job performance.

As such, job satisfaction can be achieved thru proper motivation on employees as well as granting incentives on employees in a form of promotion. Strategically, when a company or an employer see employees’exceptional potentials towards work, they usually keep the employee and giving him/ her incentives that they may enjoy and do more and give off their best for the company. The most rewarding and lifetime incentive that a company or an employer may give is the “promotion” on employees.

Accordingly, on the part of an employee, when promotion is being achieved, the inspiration, the innate passion for work, the inner motivation will be automatically be intact on the person, thus, resulting to excellent job performance.

On the part of the company or employer, as the promoted employee works at its best, it will be a great part on the company or employer. Hence, the company or employer will also be benefitted because the company or employer will gain much and there is an improvement on the company due to the presence of the top calibre employees.

In this sense, employees’promotion plays a vital part in their job performance that the company or employer may grant to employees for the benefit of the employer and the employee.
