NLEX-SCTEX operations continue amid ECQ 'bubble'
CLARK FREEPORT-Daily operations at NLEX-SCTEX continue despite the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and three other provinces, the NLEX Corporation announced.

“We recognize the critical role of our company in providing vital infrastructure for the unimpeded flow of goods and services. Our team commits to comply with government guidelines and directives, and continue to protect our employees and motorists," Luigi Bautista, president and general manager of NLEX Corporation, said.
