Active Covid-19 cases in Central Luzon over 13K

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - The spike in coronaviru­s disease (Covid-19) cases continue as the active cases in Central Luzon have exceeded the 13,000 mark.

Based on Department of Health Region III (DOH)'s report, there are a total of 13,112 active Covid19 cases Central Luzon as of Monday.

Bulacan province still has the highest number of active cases with 7,180 followed by Pampanga (including Angeles City) with 2,816, and Nueva with 1,341.

The province of Tarlac also posted 692 active Covid-19 cases while Bataan had 525, Zambales (including Olongapo City) had 439, and Aurora had 119.

Most of the patients, or about 12,987, were manifestin­g mild symptoms, while 40 were moderately symptomati­c, 49 were in severe symptomati­c, 19 were in critical condition and 17 are asymptomat­ic.

On the same bulletin, DOH-3 reported that number of Covid19 cases have already reached 57,469 with 43,343 recoveries and 1,014 deaths.

CLARK FREEPORT --- Mayor Andy Lacson is now in stable condition and recuperati­ng from COVID 19.

In his Facebook post, Lacson thanked his constituen­ts for their prayers and well wishes.

The mayor said he is very happy about the support of his people.

Praise God!"

Lacson said he is being monitored personally by his physician brother and the mayor's spouse, a licensed caregiver.

"Atiu naku pu keng stable a kabilyan, makayantab­e ya pu kanaku ing kanakung kapatad Dr. Ferdie Lacson at ing kanakung kasuyu, i Jennifer na licensed caregiver mu naman," the mayor said.

He also also appealed to the Concepcion folks to stay safe and observe health protocol s.

"Dalangin ku pu na manatili kayung ligtas at alang kapanandam­an, ipanalangi­n tamu pu na protektaha­n ne ning Guinung Diyos deng Pamilya tamu at ing buong Balen Concepcion. God bless us all! God bless Concepcion! "
