RE:10,323.3082 HECTARES ANCESTRAL DOMAIN UNDER CADT NO. R03-BAM-1402-025-A LOCATED AT BAMBAN, TARLAC AND MABALACAT PAMPANGA

SIR:

This is the

ELEVENTH SUPPLEMENT

to my letter dated February 15, 2021.

This further refers, among others ,to your Honor’s letter

“Re: OPEN LETTER OF MR OSCAR B. RIVERA ON 20% SHARE OF TRIBONG AETA”,

released thru your CDC office on 2 March 2021.

With due respect, it is highly unbelievable and without legal and factual basis, why the 20% share should NOT be given to TRIBONG AETA, considering the following, viz: TRIBONG AETA, thru Chairman/ President OSCAR B. RIVERA of BATA is the signatory of the JMA executed on December 6, 2007; OSCAR B. RIVERA is the duly elected President of BATA in the Elections of November 23, 2013, and there were no elections since then (3) Chairman OSCAR B. RIVERA is an original incorporator of BATA that was registered and incorporated on November 19, 1992.

On the other hand, SANGGUNIANG TRIBONG AETA (STA) was registered and incorporated only on May 2, 2017. Since December 6, 2007 up to May 2, 2017 or a period of 10 years and 7 Months, STA had no legal personality to deal on the JMA. It does NOT represent the totality of the ICCs/ IPs of CADT 025-A. It has only 7 incorporators that include OSCAR DIZON and the father-and-daughter tandem – Robert Serrano and Ruvielan SerranoMargarito.

The NON-giving of the 20% rightful share of TRIBONG AETA is attended by the website, to wit:
