Inter-modal transport terminal
Noong Biernes nang maging opisyal na Bagong Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief si Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar.
Dakong 2;55 ng hapon nang pinirmahan ni Eleazar ang "assumption" nito bilang New Chief PNP.
Acting Chief PNP ang designation nito Eleazar kaya naman maaari na rin maging Four Star na siya at fully General ito.
Sa kanyang "speech" unang ipinahayag ni Elezar na tututukan nito ang "Recruitment" sa PNP dahil nakita niya ang umano'y anomalya at palakasan system sa pag-apply.
Ang Dateline, naobserbahan nito ang nagiging proseso sa PNP recruitement na kung saan kung sino sino ang nilalapitan ng mga aplikante upang matiyak lamang na makakasama sila sa Qouta.
Mayroon na dyan lumalapit sa mga ranking officers ng PNP at iyong iba naman sa mga politiko na hindi matangihan.
Ang isa din matinding naging obserbasyon ng Inyong Linkod ay matinding umano "bayara" upang matiyak lamang na makasama sa Qouta ng PNP recruitement.
Sang-ayon sa Intelligence Officer (IO) ng Dateline, umaabot sa P20,000 hanggang P50,000 ang umano'y bayaran kung minsan pa higit pa raw kung maraming di maipasa ang isang aplikante.
Maging sa Neoro, ayon sa IO, mayroon din nangyayaring anomalya na hindi makapasa na mga aplikante.
Ito rin ang sinabi ni Gen. Eleazar sa kanyang "speech" kanyang paghihigpitan ang "Neoro" test sa mga aplikante. Ang nakikita nito ito ang dahilan kaya maraming PNP personnel nasasakot sa iba't ibang iligal at maging ang pagpatay na hindi naman matindi ang dahilan.
Sana Gen. Elezar hindi "nigas cogon" ang inyong ipinahayag re PNP Recruitment ......
Si Eleazar lamang na naging Chief PNP ang tumalakay sa sistema ng PNP Recruit. At mukha siya'y galit na galit sa nasabing sistema ....
SEVERAL issues regarding traffic assessment and the traffic flow and movement confront SM City Clark and the Clark Development Corporation.
A meeting was called involving all those in the know about the coming inception of the transport terminal in SM City Clark.
The representatives of the LGUs of Mabalacat and Angeles City were obviously called upon as observers in the important meeting. The said LGUs are after all very much parts of the ambitious traffic schemes in Angeles and Mabalacat citi es.
This terminal will also serve as the central terminal for all public utility vehicles plying Angeles and Mabalacat routes.
Rosan S. Paquia, EnP, the head of CPDO and OIC of the City Agriculture Office, has been designated to attend the meeting by
Mayor Crisostomo C.Garbo but due to several meetings at the Sangguniang Panlungsod, he had to assign staff member Paulo de Leon as observer.
SM City Clark plays an important role in the traffic management of both LGUs of Angeles and Mabalacat cities.
With the inception of the transport terminal at SM City Clark, commuters will be given a convenient place where they could board public utility vehicles to their destinations.
Presently, the Dau-SM and Angeles-Checkpoint-SM public utility vehicles occupy the parking space in front of the mall. Tricycles and Blue taxis occupy the fringes of the parking space.

There is still a traffic problem in Poblacion, Mabalacat City near the bridge bound for Clark. The build-up occurs in the rush hours of the morning and at 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon due to the volume of vehicles taking this route.
Many drivers and commuters wich that the entrance at Barangay Dolores towards the now operational perimeter road be opened so as to decongest traffic at Poblacion.
The only thing delaying the opening, I learned from CPDO, is the right-of-way, the site being occupied by a chapel. If the issue will be solved, the traffic flow along MacArthur highway will be tremendously improved.
As it is, Mabalacat City does not have secondary roads which could be used to lessen the traffic build-up. The CPDO, headed by Rosan S. Paquia, EnP, has more plans to ease the traffic flow anywhere in the city.
